Obverse: Helmeted and draped bust of Athena facing slightly to left, Corinthian helmet in left field, T in right field
Reverse: Baaltars seated to left, holding lotus-tipped scepter, grain ear and grape bunch to left, I below throne
RARE and apparently unpublished with these controls.
LOVELY with beautiful original hoard toning. Largely unaffected by the side test cut. This was done in antiquity to many of this type to ensure that the coin was solid silver and not counterfeit.
