Obverse: Inscription within wreath, "Yehonatan the High Priest and the Council of the Judaeans" in Paleo-Hebrew
Reverse: Double cornucopia adorned with ribbons, pomegranate between horns
Excellently centered and well struck Prutah, yet still preserving CLEAR indications of the understrike. Almost the complete anchor and circle are there, as well as inscription parts of the original coin on reverse. A SUPERB example of the overstruck type!
