HEROD AGRIPPA I AE PRUTAH
Hendin 6274, (GBC 5 - 1244), Very Fine, 18.1mm, 2.36 grams, Struck 41/42 C.E.
Obverse: ΒΑCIΛЄⲰC ΑΓΡΙΠΑ around royal umbrella-like canopy with fringe
Reverse: Brockage of Obverse
Interesting and RARE! A brockage is formed when the previous coin was not removed from the die. The old coin forms an incuse of its image on the new planchet. So you have a two sided royal umbrella, one in relief and one in incuse.
